You use Dropbox to upload your images. By granting Pixflows access to your Dropbox account, you are enabling a connection that improves file sharing between you and PixFlows, this means that you will be able to access your Dropbox files from the Pixflow’s Dropbox account.

Edited product images can be returned as JPG, PNG, TIFF, or PSD according to your specifications.

You will receive an email containing a link to the finished files. You also have the option of saving the files directly to your DropBox folder.

Turnaround time varies based on the type of services requested and the number of images uploaded. Most jobs are delivered with 1-3 days to a week maximum. If you need your order rushed, please contact us to see about getting your images returned sooner. If we can make it happen, we will be happy to do so!

Visit our Pricing page to get current pricing. Small quantity customers pay a flat per-image fee. Enterprise customers receive a quote customized according to editing needs, and may subscribe to additional services.

Self-service customers pay online by credit card or PayPal each time they place an order, or may load a deposit to get discounted rates. Enterprise customers, meaning those with 10,000 images or more a year, may have monthly billing. See our Pricing page for more information, or contact us to get a quote.

We work until we please you. We will provide unlimited revisions until we get it right. That said, PixFlows reserves the right to say no to your revision request if we believe they are not feasible due to technical limitations in the images provided or if the request exceeds the scope of work you ordered.

Absolutely. All product images are treated confidentially and are permanently deleted after 30 days unless otherwise specified. Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties.
